About The Position
The Guest Relations Specialist is the first point of contact for guests entering the clinic and helps set the tone for their visit. This role supports the daily activities of the medical office, including greeting patients, registration, and appointment scheduling. The specialist provides courteous, friendly service to patients and contributes to a positive work environment. The position is based at Heart of Dixie/Vein & Vascular. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the opportunity for overtime. Occasional holiday work and possible weekend or weeknight shift coverage are required.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Phone etiquette.
- Computer skills and data input skills.
- Ability to work occasional holidays and possibly cover weekend or weeknight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and serve as the first point of contact as they enter the clinic.
