About The Position
The Guest Relations Specialist is the first point of contact for guests entering the clinic and helps set the tone for their visit. The role supports daily medical office activities, including greeting patients, registration, and appointment scheduling. The specialist is expected to provide courteous, friendly service and contribute to a positive work environment while helping deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Phone etiquette.
- Computer skills and data input skills.
