About The Position

The Guest Relations Agent represents Jackson Hole Resort Lodging professionally and provides efficient, courteous service throughout each guest’s stay, ensuring high-quality service for JHRL guests and homeowners. The role combines office-based guest communication and reservation support with field work inspecting and preparing properties, coordinating maintenance or housekeeping requests, and supporting guest needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and promptly and professionally greet people entering the office.
• Check voicemails, online communication software, and email throughout the day.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with guests, homeowners, and prospective guests and homeowners.
• Become familiar with reservation availability, guest profiles, sales and promotions, and basic booking procedures.
• Learn about local recreational activities and help guests reserve them.
• Develop familiarity with property-specific amenities.
• Create work orders and provide maintenance or housekeeping staff with relevant information about guest requests, repairs, or issues noticed during property walkthroughs.
• Offer solutions to day-to-day guest inquiries.
• Thoroughly inspect properties before guest arrivals and after departures using checklist software.
• Check doors and windows, turn off lights, and ensure thermostats are properly set during property walkthroughs.
• Stock properties with supplies specified for guest arrivals.
• Place firewood in fireplaces when appropriate.
• Maintain, clean, and fuel company vehicles daily or as needed.
• Transport packages or rentable items to guests or properties as needed.
