Join the team at Peppa Pig World of Play Michigan and help create oinktastic experiences for families every day. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support guests, help your team, and keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. No boring desk job here — you’ll be on your feet, helping guests, and part of the action every shift.
Requirements
- Positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, active environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Support daily guest operations and team flow
- Help manage queues and guest areas during busy times
- Assist guests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude
- Support and guide team members on shift
- Keep safety and cleanliness standards high
