About The Position

This role is for a Guest Experience Shift Lead at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia. The position involves acting as a supervisor to ensure smooth operations, particularly in admissions, and leading front-line teams to provide exceptional guest experiences. The role requires managing guest flow, ensuring health and safety compliance, resolving guest issues, and training and developing team members. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proven customer service and guest interaction skills
  • Passion for entertaining children and families
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop others effectively

  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Commitment to delivering top-tier guest experiences

  • Experience in attractions, entertainment, or service-based roles preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as Supervisor on Duty, keeping Admissions running smoothly
  • Assign, support, and motivate front-line teams to be truly guest-obsessed
  • Manage queues and guest flow safely and efficiently during peak times
  • Champion health, safety, and compliance across all departments
  • Resolve guest issues quickly by coordinating with the right teams
  • Train and develop Hosts (ride safety, food safety, retail standards & more)
  • Coach performance, empower guest recovery, and elevate service standards
  • Jump in where needed—training, scheduling, engagement, and support
