About The Position

The Pearl Harbor Historic Sites include: Pearl Harbor National Memorial, Battleship Missouri Memorial, USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park and Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. This is an opportunity to work in one of the most visited historical sites in the world. The team is looking for someone with a love of country, history and people to join their team. They have a full-time position available for a Guest Services Lead in their Ticketing/Admissions Team. This position requires Saturday and/or Sunday availability.

  • Basic computer skills including word processing, internet and email.

Responsibilities

  • Exceptionally perform and execute all the duties and responsibilities for a Guest Services Associate.
  • Hold meetings at the start of every shift to relay information on day’s events, team goals, safety and/or operational changes.
  • Complete end of day closing procedures and reporting, quickly and accurately.
  • Observe and react quickly to customer traffic flow and redirect team as needed.
  • Assist with all guest service issues.
  • Work well with others and effectively communicate to complete tasks and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Treat each team member fairly, without bias and be the example for employees to follow.
  • Consistently monitor and ensure that all SSAfety protocols are being followed.
