About The Position

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester is looking for a fun, flexible part-time Guest Experience Host to join their team and help create unforgettable experiences for families every day. Candidates should be 18 and above and available to work three full days per week, including at least one weekend day. This is a part-time opportunity where the team creates and plays together to spark the imaginations of children and LEGO® fans of all ages.

Requirements

Candidates should be 18 and above for this role.
Must be available to work three full days per week, including at least one weekend day.
6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help create unforgettable LEGO adventures every day!

Responsibilities

Bring positive, high-energy guest service to every interaction
Create magical moments and engage with guests throughout the attraction
Keep areas clean, stocked, safe, and ready for fun
Manage lines and guest flow with confidence
Follow opening/closing procedures and uphold all safety standards
