About The Position

We're looking for energetic, friendly, and guest-focused team members who love making a difference one smile at a time! Join Team LEGO and help create awesome memories for families from around the world! This is a part-time role where you will deliver amazing guest service, create magical moments, keep the fun going, be the face of the fun, help manage guest flow, keep spaces looking awesome, support the guest experience, and help operations run smoothly.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and help make every visit unforgettable.
• Interact with families and guests throughout the attraction to make their day extra special.
• Support attraction operations and help guests enjoy a safe, exciting experience.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and bring positive energy to every interaction.
• Keep lines moving smoothly while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready spaces throughout the attraction.
• Ensure public areas are stocked, welcoming, and ready for adventure.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other daily operational tasks.
