About The Position

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester is looking for a fun, flexible part-time Guest Experience Host to join their team and help create unforgettable experiences for families every day. This role requires candidates to be 18 and above and available to work three full days per week, including at least one weekend day. The position focuses on providing high-energy guest service, creating magical moments, engaging with guests, maintaining clean and safe areas, managing guest flow, and upholding safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available to work three full days per week, including at least one weekend day
• 6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help create unforgettable LEGO adventures every day

Responsibilities
