About The Position

Guest Experience Hosts create memorable, guest-focused experiences at The Escape Game (TEG) and Great Big Game Show (GBGS). This is a guest-facing, performance-based role for people who enjoy serving guests of all ages and thrive in energetic, fast-paced environments. Hosts make guests feel seen, celebrated, and included while delivering polished service with warmth and personality. For GBGS, hosts introduce minigames, provide commentary, track points, and crown the winning team. For TEG, hosts guide groups through immersive escape rooms and help them complete their missions before time runs out. Hosts also operate and reset games, maintain clean and functional studios, and support front desk and building-opening or closing duties as needed. The Village Pointe location is a new location expected to open in December 2026. The hourly, non-exempt role offers up to 40 hours per week and is scheduled primarily on nights, weekends, and holidays. All job offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment background check. The workplace is drug- and alcohol-free, and the company reserves the right to request drug testing before hire or upon reasonable suspicion.
