About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various guest-facing and operational aspects of the store. The position involves creating a positive guest experience through active selling, visual merchandising, and efficient operations. Team members will gain knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business operations including inventory management and process efficiency, and executing daily workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals. The role emphasizes working in a fun, energetic environment, providing excellent guest service, and handling merchandise and stocking tasks.

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.

- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
