Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of customer service, hospitality, or healthcare experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfort using scheduling systems and digital tools

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Create immediate trust and emotional safety

  • Convert referrals and inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments
  • Confidently guide guests toward the appropriate visit: Awaken, Core Assessment, Empower
  • Move conversations toward clear next steps
  • Clearly explain the Rebis care model
  • Help guests understand what to expect
  • Reduce confusion and uncertainty
  • Answer questions with clarity and confidence
  • Work incoming referrals quickly and efficiently
  • Create accurate guest charts
  • Coordinate insurance verification processes
  • Initiate and send intake forms
  • Communicate appointment confirmations to referring providers
  • Send welcome emails and onboarding instructions
  • Ensure guests feel prepared for their visit
  • Create a welcoming and reassuring experience
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Take ownership of each interaction
  • Follow through on commitments
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness
