About The Position

We’re building the infrastructure behind how modern software is bought and sold. Most enterprise software is still sold through static demos that don’t reflect reality. TestBox replaces that with live, interactive product environments powered by synthetic data and our core technology, the Product Graph. We’ve raised $27M to date (Series A) and already work with companies like Intuit, Gong, and Apollo. We’re a small, high-calibre team across San Francisco and Brazil. We ship fast, iterate constantly, and operate at the edge of what AI can do in enterprise software. You’ll own new revenue at TestBox and work directly with the CEO. This is a true 0→1 role. There is no playbook. You’ll build the pipeline, run technical sales cycles, and close deals. This role is high ownership. You’re not handing off recommendations. You own the number. This is not a traditional AE role. We’re looking for someone who can sell and build at the same time, go deep technically (APIs, data, workflows, integrations), and operate without structure and create it themselves. If you’ve come from consulting, banking, engineering, product, solutions engineering, or a highly technical AE role, that’s a strong fit. We operate as an AI-first company. You should already use LLMs daily to think, write, research, and build, and have built workflows or tools using AI (not just used ChatGPT). Be comfortable experimenting and figuring things out yourself. If you wait for tools to be built for you, this won’t be a fit. This is a high-ownership role at a Series A company where you’ll work directly with the CEO and have a real impact on how the business grows. You won’t be stepping into an existing system, you’ll be building it. That comes with a steep learning curve, but also unmatched exposure across product, sales, and strategy.
