About The Position

Augment is looking for a GTM Recruiter who owns hiring for our revenue-generating roles. This isn't a coordinator role. You source, you build pipelines from scratch, and you move fast. Augment grew from 5 to 150 people in just over a year, with our Talent team at the heart of that growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company or rapidly scaling start-up.
  • GTM Recruiting Experience. You know what a good hire looks like, and you can tell the difference between a talker and a closer.
  • A Sourcer First. You build pipelines. You don't rely on inbound. Boolean search, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outreach are your defaults, not your backup plan.
  • AI-Native. You use AI tools every day to work faster and smarter. You're not experimenting; it's already baked into how you operate.
  • Fast-Environment Proven. Startup experience is preferred, but what really matters is that you've worked somewhere that moved fast. You know how to run a clean, efficient process without a fully built playbook.
  • Organized and Honest. You manage multiple reqs without dropping the ball on candidate experience. You're direct with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Responsibilities

  • Own Full-Cycle Recruiting. You'll run end-to-end hiring for our revenue org enterprise, from sourcing through close, it's yours.
  • Source Proactively. You don't wait for applications. You build lists, reach out, and convert. You know how to find quota-carrying reps and sales leaders who aren't looking and make them want to talk.
  • Move the Pipeline. You'll keep hiring moving even when the req volume spikes. No slow loops, no dropped candidates.
  • Partner with GTM Leaders. You'll work closely with GTM leadership to get sharp on what great looks like for each role and push back when the bar isn't right.
  • Use AI in Your Daily Work. AI tools are a real part of how you work, sourcing, screening, researching, and scheduling. Not a talking point. A habit.
