About The Position

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations. The person joining us in this role will be our first dedicated TA person and will own the GTM recruiting side while helping us build the systems that make everything smarter. Not just a recruiter. Not just an ops person. This is not a role where you execute a process someone else designed. You'll shape how we recruit - the systems, the intelligence, the candidate experience - from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of recruiting experience on GTM roles, in EU and US.
  • Ability to source, write a sequence, and close a candidate.
  • Comfortable as a workflow builder.
  • Experience building something with an automation tool or an AI model.
  • Experience fixing tooling friction independently.
  • Experience with broken processes.
  • Data-driven approach: track what's working, notice when it stops, and change the approach.
  • Proficiency in Ashby configuration, or ability to learn tools quickly.
  • Async-first nature.
  • Clear written communication in English.
  • Ability to make decisions without a playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle GTM recruiting while building the infrastructure that makes the team faster and smarter.
  • Develop an automated pipeline generation for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Create agents that surface qualified candidates proactively — before a role is even open.
  • Build a living system that tracks competitor moves, candidate signals, and talent pool shifts in our key hiring markets.
  • Ensure every candidate who interviews at Qdrant leaves the process feeling valued, whether they get the job or not.
  • Own the systems and culture that make candidate experience exceptional: experience metrics, hiring team enablement, and feedback loops.
  • Act as a core Ashby admin, shaping its configuration, automation, and how hiring quality is measured.
