About The Position

Toast is hiring a GTM Engineer for its Marketing Operations AI team, which works to improve marketing performance, quality, and efficiency with AI. The role focuses on building AI workflows and experiences that accelerate web production and improve website conversion, while also supporting AI adoption and fluency across the broader marketing organization. The work includes improving web production processes, building and maintaining AI-powered website experiences, establishing guardrails and success measures, and creating reusable systems and playbooks that enable teams to operate tools independently. The role also shares practices across marketing through demos, training, and office hours, contributes to marketing AI standards and tools, and advises on build-versus-buy decisions.
