About The Position

As a GTM Engineer at Taktile, you sit at the intersection of data, automation, and commercial strategy. You’re not a classic engineer, and you’re not a classic seller; you will design and operate the systems that power our revenue engine and own metrics around increasing sales efficiency. You will Architect intelligent alert systems that notify sales teams of high-intent signals, and facilitate optimal engagement. Build automated revenue systems using AI, data enrichment, and workflow automation across BD, Sales and CS challenges. Create and maintain scalable GTM data pipelines that pull from enrichment and intent sources into systems like HubSpot, Clay, and Snowflake. Run experiments end‑to‑end from hypothesis and design to implementation and measurement. Turn winning ideas into robust, repeatable systems. A deep understanding of B2B sales motions (especially for complex, multi‑stakeholder deals) Have engineering experience working with complex technologies, varied datasets, and building data-driven productivity solutions with AI.

Requirements
