Menufy GTM Engineer

HungerRushHouston, TX

About The Position

Menufy is seeking an entrepreneurial GTM Engineer to build and own the infrastructure connecting data, campaigns, and revenue. This role involves driving market intelligence, advanced lead-generation campaigns, understanding customer experience indicators, and improving go-to-market performance. The GTM Engineer will report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with the President, General Manager, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Operations.

Requirements

  • Hands-on GTM Stack Experience: personally built integrations between a MarTech tool, a CRM, and at least one paid channel (Google Ads or Meta).
  • Experience working alongside a SalesOps or RevOps team to consume Salesforce data via exports or API without requiring direct admin access.
  • Business Analytics experience (e.g., FP&A, Data Science or Statistics) to inform decisions.
  • Ability to convert a raw data question into an analysis, clearly defining 'correct' before analyzing.
  • Ability to articulate the business consequences of each hypothesis and analysis.
  • AI-fluency in using OpenAI and Anthropic for research, building analysis, and creating new systems and workflows.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, token economics, and when to use agents vs. simple completions.
  • 3–7 years of experience in a revenue-adjacent role spanning at least two of: marketing operations, growth marketing, paid media management, or lifecycle/CRM marketing.
  • Experience in a high-volume B2C or prosumer SaaS environment where the unit of measurement is CPA, conversion rate, and LTV.
  • Demonstrated experience building automated audience pipelines to Google Ads Customer Match or Meta Custom Audiences.
  • Deep fluency in funnel analytics: ability to diagnose conversion drops using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or HubSpot reporting and produce a ranked hypothesis list with supporting data within 24 hours.
  • Proactive validation mindset: ability to define 'working correctly', enumerate edge cases, build a monitoring layer, and articulate business consequences of failure modes.
  • Experience in a high-volume B2C or SMB-facing environment (consumer apps, marketplace platforms, or prosumer SaaS).
  • Evidence of FP&A-adjacent thinking: has built or owned CAC/LTV models, statistical analysis, cohort analyses, or payback-period calculations that informed a real budget decision.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in management consulting or FP&A.
  • Experience presenting analytical work to C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Inform and lead thinking around tools, analysis, and approach for solving go-to-market issues using AI and conventional tools.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to advance Menufy's market share.
  • Develop AI workflows for advanced analytics and orchestrating continually improving campaigns.
  • Own the technical integration layer between Menufy's website, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot, ensuring zero-latency data flow.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to design and validate automated pipelines for lead-scoring signals.
  • Architect event tracking for closed-loop attribution from ad impression to signed contract.
  • Reduce GTM stack fragmentation by identifying redundant tools and documenting the single source of truth for each KPI.
  • Extract Ideal Customer Profile signals, messages correlating with closed-won deals, and friction points correlating with churn or lost deals using Salesforce data and Engineering team data.
  • Translate signals into look-alike audiences pushed directly to Google and Meta.
  • Build 'self-healing' campaigns that reallocate budget, pause underperformers, and surface anomalies.
  • Own A/B test architecture, including hypothesis generation, audience splits, statistical significance thresholds, and results reporting.
  • Develop an automated workflow to audit a prospect restaurant's digital footprint and compare it against Menufy's benchmarks.
  • Use gap analysis to auto-generate hyper-personalized outreach messages.
  • Deploy AI agents to advance asynchronous conversations with prospects autonomously.
  • Own the architecture, prompt logic, conversation branching, and fallback rules for AI agents.
  • Integrate personalization signals into HubSpot for context-enriched conversations.
  • Own the GTM analytics layer, including pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV:CAC ratios, and marketing-influenced revenue attribution.
  • Run scenario models for channel mix, pricing, or ICP assumptions.
  • Flag variances in performance against targets.
  • Maintain a living GTM technology roadmap.
  • Evaluate and pilot new tools, including AI agent platforms, intent data vendors, and programmatic SEO tools.
  • Act as the internal subject-matter expert on emerging GTM AI capabilities.
