About The Position

Tremendous is hiring a marketing-focused GTM Engineer to integrate LLMs, workflow tools, and low-code capabilities into agentic solutions that automate high-impact marketing workflows. The role partners with brand, content, product marketing, paid, and events marketing teams. It focuses on building reusable workflows marketers can operate themselves and improving efficiency across the team. The position is US remote at a fully remote company with a high-documentation, low-meeting culture. Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. The role offers a base salary of $135,000 to $180,000, plus equity and benefits.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or GTM engineering, with an understanding of campaign lifecycles and channel reporting.
  • Experience building zero-to-one workflows across tools, including situations with messy inputs and real judgment calls, rather than only maintaining applications on a custom code base.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, AI agent frameworks, and workflow automation tools such as Cargo, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar; has shipped agentic workflows.
  • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting.
  • Process-first approach: maps workflows and identifies breakdowns before selecting tools.
  • Bias for rapid experimentation, with a practice of launching, measuring, and iterating weekly.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Autonomous and self-directed working style.
  • High empathy and care for teammates and users.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing-specific AI tools such as Writer, AirOps, or Phrase.
  • Experience with SaaS martech stacks such as HubSpot, Salesforce, CDPs, or ABM platforms.
  • SQL and Snowflake experience for reporting pipelines.
  • Brand or creative operations background, including understanding how designers work and what makes a good brief.
  • Experience with Cursor, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build agentic workflows across the campaign lifecycle, from product marketing through design, content, and demand generation.
  • Evaluate and deploy AI tools for marketing, running structured pilots and operationalizing successful approaches from campaign ideation through execution and analysis.
  • Work with the Data team to build automated reporting pipelines that unify cross-channel performance across paid, organic, email, and events.
  • Build AI-assisted lead scoring and qualification with the marketing planner.
  • Enable marketers to run channel work using AI agents, including paid campaign optimizations, creative uploads, and lifecycle campaign setup in HubSpot.
  • Build reusable tools and workflows that marketers can run themselves, increasing team efficiency rather than creating a bottleneck.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay, equity, and benefits.
