About The Position

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to build the technical backbone of our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and go-to-market operations. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success to leverage AI to improve systems and automate workflows that make our GTM team faster and more effective.

Requirements

  • Strong STEM background (engineering, computer science, data science, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with SQL, APIs, and scripting
  • Experience connecting systems and building automations across SaaS tools
  • You enjoy building systems, workflows, and internal tools
  • You’ve likely worked on personal projects, automation tools, or side projects
  • You’re excited about experimenting with AI and new technologies
  • Ability to design scalable processes across multiple GTM teams
  • Strong problem-solving and operational thinking
  • Experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, Growth Ops, or another technical revenue role
  • Experience working in or supporting a SaaS go-to-market organization
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Are highly self-organized and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
  • Think about GTM problems in terms of systems, automation, and data

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement systems that support sales, marketing, and partner workflows
  • Connect data across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and analytics tools
  • Build internal tooling and automations that power day-to-day revenue operations
  • Implement AI-driven processes for prospecting, personalization, qualification, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work across revenue teams
  • Experiment with new AI tools to improve GTM productivity
  • Improve funnel visibility, reporting accuracy, and data quality across GTM systems
  • Build dashboards and systems that provide clear, actionable GTM insights
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and CS to identify operational bottlenecks
  • Translate GTM challenges into scalable technical solutions
  • Continuously identify opportunities to make the revenue organization faster and more effective
