About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented, execution-driven GTM Coordinator who enjoys turning strategy into action. You'll help orchestrate the campaigns, launches, content, events, and systems that power myKaarma's go-to-market engine while building scalable processes that allow our marketing team to grow faster and work smarter. You’ll report to myKaarma’s VP of Marketing and work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, aligned across stakeholders, and executed with excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, enjoys improving processes, and is excited to leverage AI and modern marketing technology to make teams more effective. Every campaign, launch, event, and workflow you support helps us attract new customers, expand existing relationships, and scale our marketing engine.
