We're now investing heavily in AI, automation, and signal-driven go-to-market systems to accelerate growth beyond our traditional inbound motion. This is a rare opportunity to become Hubstaff's first GTM Automation Engineer and build this function from the ground up. Working closely with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, you'll design the automation, AI workflows, and GTM systems that power outbound growth, account-based marketing, and revenue generation. If you enjoy building from scratch, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, and creating measurable business impact, you'll have the opportunity to shape both our growth strategy and the future of this function at Hubstaff.
