GTM AI Revenue Enablement, Senior Manager

BrexSeattle, WA
Hybrid

About The Position

Brex is seeking a Senior Manager for GTM AI Revenue Enablement to establish and manage AI capabilities for the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This is a new role focused on transforming AI experiments into a governed, production-grade capability. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, engineering skills, and partnership with sales, Revenue Operations, product, and engineering teams. The role is housed within GTM Enablement, focusing on systems that enhance seller effectiveness, including certification, onboarding, collateral, and skill development, with AI as the primary mechanism.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a role combining go-to-market (Revenue Ops or Enablement) with 1+ year focused on building sales-technology.
  • Proven ability to ship production code (Python/TypeScript or comparable; LLM/agentic application experience strongly preferred).
  • Real fluency in sales process and domain knowledge.
  • Track record of defining and tracking success metrics for initiatives.
  • Experience driving adoption, not just deployment.
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy and ambiguity.
  • A bias toward governance and simplicity.

Nice To Haves

  • AI applications have been built ad hoc, with no shared standards, no central ownership, and no consistent way to measure whether they actually move the number.
  • This isn't a prompt-engineering or tooling-rollout role. It's a hybrid of strategist, engineer, and embedded partner.
  • You're not handing specs to an engineering team — you are a capable coder with a strong product sense who develops AI tooling for GTM reps.
  • Continuously evaluate what enablement capability Brex should leverage third-party vendors (Gong, Itero, Highspot-type tools) for particular use-cases versus build in-house on Brex's own AI stack (Claude, etc.).
  • Understand the sales process — pipeline stages, seller CRM workflows, quota mechanics, what "good" looks like on a call — well enough to know where AI creates real leverage in enablement versus where it's a solution looking for a problem.

Responsibilities

  • Set the internal sales enablement AI roadmap, including a prioritization framework for AI applications and tooling across the enablement lifecycle (certification, onboarding, content, coaching, ramp).
  • Decide which AI applications to build, sunset, and why.
  • Build and standardize the GTM AI tooling stack, including writing, reviewing, and shipping code.
  • Make strategic build-vs-buy decisions for enablement capabilities, evaluating third-party vendors against in-house solutions.
  • Gain deep understanding of the sales process, including pipeline stages, CRM workflows, and quota mechanics, to identify areas where AI can provide leverage in enablement.
  • Serve as a lynchpin between Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering.

Benefits

  • Global corporate cards and banking
  • Intuitive spend management
  • Bill pay software
  • Travel software
  • AI-native automation
  • World-class service
  • Tools, resources, and support for career growth
  • Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work
