About The Position

ECE Subhub is hiring GSRP Lead Teachers. Positions range from part time to full time, Monday through Friday, with weekends and school breaks off, paid time off, and full benefits. Requirements

• Hold an early childhood teaching certificate or a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
• A valid Michigan Elementary teaching certificate with an Early Childhood Education (ZA) or Early Childhood–General and Special Education (ZS) endorsement, a Birth–Kindergarten endorsement, or a PK–3 endorsement
• A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, with the transcript showing this as a major (not a minor), and a specialization in preschool teaching.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily classroom activities
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with program curriculum
• Lead daily routines and transitions
• Complete child observations, assessments, and documentation
• Guide and support other classroom staff
• Build positive relationships with children and families
