About The Position

GSOC Analyst must be detail oriented, have a strong aptitude in communication and analytical thinking when responding to events, as well as having a team first mentality. Daily responsibilities will focus on the monitoring of global events, camera and alarm monitoring, internal and external communications, and responding to alerts from a variety of security systems and tools. The analyst will triage all service and support requests Monitor the Client's physical locations and assets for a variety of events, including medical emergencies, extraction investigations, and facilities-related incidents. Proactively monitor the Client’s operational areas for external threats and events such as protests, natural weather phenomena, downed power lines, water main breaks, and criminal activity, etc. Create and implement "Disengage Zones" in real-time to ensure the safety of riders, the public, and Waymo's autonomous vehicles during critical incidents. Conduct detailed investigations of security events to develop comprehensive intelligence packages for internal and external partners. Draft and publish timely and accurate stakeholder notifications to keep relevant parties informed of ongoing events and security situations. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all monitored events, actions taken, and outcomes. Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners during security incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure a coordinated response to all events. Information Security Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's Degree in a related field, or 2 years of prior GSOC experience required.
  • Proven experience in a security operations center (SOC), emergency dispatch, or a similar real-time monitoring environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and make rapid, informed decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey critical information to a diverse audience.
  • Proficiency in using various security technologies, including CCTV systems, access control software, and incident management platforms.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
