About The Position

Unifi Maintenance is seeking technicians at all skill levels to join its technical operations team. The position supports the reliability and operational readiness of fleet vehicles and employee shuttle buses, with responsibilities and complexity suited to the employee’s experience. Technicians may perform diagnostics, major repairs, and complex troubleshooting. The role is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is full time, with A.M. and P.M. shifts available. Pay is $26–$44 per hour based on skills, experience, and certifications.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience and knowledge of vehicle servicing.
• Ability to work independently, with supervision as required.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Four to six years of fleet maintenance experience.
• Multiple ASE certifications.
• CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement.
• Experience with fleet maintenance following DOT standards.
• Refrigeration, HVAC, or advanced electrical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, diesel, gasoline, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and computerized vehicle systems.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• Use diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with company safety standards and DOT regulations.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Mechanic I and Mechanic II employees.
• Assist with repair planning, parts procurement, and inventory control.
• Verify the quality of completed repairs and maintenance activities.
• Support emergency roadside and operational repairs as required.
• Recommend process improvements to increase fleet reliability and efficiency.
• Perform other duties within technical capabilities and experience.
