About The Position
This role is for a Growth Technology Associate in Charlotte, NC, with a pay rate of $62.00 - $65/hour DOE. The position is for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extension. The work is expected to be done on a hybrid onsite schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a quantitative field
- Proficient in SQL
- Experienced in activating audiences, campaign link setup and conversions in paid marketing platforms (e.g. Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook)
- Familiar with mobile measurement platforms (Branch.io , Kochava) for mobile campaign analysis
- Experience with building audiences & conversions via SQL for marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of audience & conversion APIs and conversion optimization on Mobile DSP’s
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Server-Side Tagging via Google Tag Manager
- Hands-on, high-capacity doer, multi-tasker
- Experience with full funnel marketing KPIs, campaign executions, optimizations and sharing results and learnings with stakeholders
Responsibilities
