Dig Inn’s Associate of Growth role is in charge of building channel and market-agnostic revenue. This revenue growth will span a multitude of channels, with Growth Associates supporting both new catering growth and alternative revenue exploration projects alike. You will team up with various departments across the organization to achieve business objectives, analyze performance metrics, and work closely with marketing and cross-functional partners like operations to bring sales building opportunities to life. This is a hybrid position that will require you to work on-site at our restaurants, traveling across the Northeast region on a weekly basis. In this role, you will collaborate with several teams at Dig Inn to support new partnerships and projects that promote growth. The Growth Associate’s success will be determined by incremental, attributable revenue growth, brought to life through the process of identifying and executing on promising new revenue opportunities.
