About The Position

We are fixing US healthcare by building an AI-native physical care platform, starting with home health. Home health is a $140B industry with less than $10B in EBITDA — 40% of revenue is spent on pure administrative waste. We automate this work with AI, creating a fundamentally different cost structure compared to incumbents. This lets us rapidly take market share by serving the 30% of patients who go untreated today. By reshaping the cost structure of this industry, we unlock its growth. We’ve built one of the best AI teams in the world (from Character AI, Scale, Palantir, Citadel, Jane Street) and paired them with a team of healthcare veterans and ex-MBB strategists to build a new type of healthcare company: one that delivers care at the speed of an AI company. Our physical care platform already operates with 30pp higher gross margins than traditional home health providers. With our AI advantage, we pay nurses more, remove their admin burden, and unlock the scale economics that have been missing from this fragmented industry. If we served this entire $140B market, instead of $10B in EBITDA, we’d drive $60B. We're starting with home health, then expanding to all delivered care. Our mission is “any care, any where”. Fundamentally, our incentives are aligned with America. Every dollar in revenue we make is two dollars taken out of the healthcare system. If we succeed, so does US healthcare.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience at MBB or in high-velocity strategy and operations roles at highly operational businesses (e.g., PE growth-thesis portcos; managed marketplaces like DoorDash, Uber, or Instacart; or high-growth businesses with working capital requirements like Ramp or Rippling)
  • Proven ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and drive them to clear, measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical toolkit — comfort with large datasets and deriving the "so what"
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operators, product/engineering, and senior leadership
  • Owner mindset: you'd rather be accountable for results than write a slide recommending that someone else do it
  • Bias to action: you hate bureaucracy and want to move fast
  • Clear communicator: you can go from a messy problem to a crisp memo
  • Comfort with ambiguity: you don't need a perfect brief; you can help create it
  • Low ego: this is a startup — you want to get scrappy

Nice To Haves

  • Reps on growth strategy and operations projects
  • Experience in healthcare services, managed marketplaces, or tech-enabled operations
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled products or operations environments

Responsibilities

  • Choose what markets we enter and when: Analyze growth markets across patient demand, payor mix, clinician supply, competition, and regulatory dynamics. Build business cases and sharp, simple models to recommend which metros and states we should enter, and in what sequence. Pressure-test theses with leadership and external advisors.
  • Design how we enter and win: Partner with Ops, Clinical, and Product to design "Day -90 → Day 0 → Day 365" playbooks for new regions. Translate our playbook into market-specific strategies (e.g., which roles to hire and how many, which health systems to target). Identify and shape opportunities across de novo launches, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Turn strategy into reality: Run point on market entries — own the implementation of our playbook in each new market. Build the weekly operating rhythm: dashboards, KPIs, and routines that keep teams aligned and accountable. Get in the field and quarterback operations to make sure plans work in the real world.
  • Build the systems that let us scale: Codify what works into reusable playbooks and tooling so we can expand rapidly and efficiently. Partner with our AI and engineering teams to surface growth insights and inform the product roadmap. Help shape the Growth org itself — how we staff, what we measure, and how we work with the rest of the company.
