In this role, you won’t just manage tools – you’ll build and own our outbound engine end-to-end. From targeting and segmentation to campaign execution and continuous optimization, you ensure we reach the right audience with the right message at the right time. You’ll work across systems like CRM, outreach tools, and data platforms to create clean, scalable workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and continuously improve performance. Requirements

Experience in growth, RevOps, or outbound marketing
Proven track record with end-to-end outbound campaigns
In-depth understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging
User insight and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo)
Data-driven, proactive, and confident in working with automation and AI
Fluent in English

Responsibilities

Build and scale our AI-powered outbound engine for two brands
Be responsible for end-to-end campaigns (targeting, list building, sequencing, optimization)
Generate a steady stream of qualified leads by intelligently combining AI and automation tools
Ensure clean, structured CRM data and reliable workflows
Translate sales goals into automated software processes
