About The Position

AchieveIt is looking for a versatile, data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role is the operational engine of our growth initiatives. You will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline, managing our digital footprint, and ensuring our events and webinars run flawlessly. We’re looking for someone able to balance strong project management skills with the creativity needed to find new avenues to connect with prospects and customers. Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a growth, digital, or integrated marketing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Passionate about the role marketing plays and excited to bring new, fresh ideas to AchieveIt
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful events and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), WordPress, and Google Analytics. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly as our stack grows.
  • Familiarity with common AI tools and the ability to leverage them to drive outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the strategic planning and strategy execution market is preferred
  • Experience in marketing to government entities is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and optimizing targeted web content, including product value pages and thought leadership content, to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility
  • Oversee our relationship with our digital marketing agency, manage day-to-day digital marketing reporting, and execute website updates to optimize conversion rates.
  • Manage our social media channels, coordinate day-to-day content management (including our The Strategy Gap podcast), and assist with PR execution to elevate our market presence.
  • Drive the logistics and promotion for demand-generation webinars and industry events. Track and analyze the performance of these campaigns, providing insights for future programs.
  • Assist in developing a customer marketing strategy that promotes customer growth and retention. Own the production of the Customer Newsletter, develop Customer Stories, and manage Customer Reviews.
  • Support inbound and outbound campaigns by ensuring all moving parts, from social promotion to sales enablement, are aligned and executed on time.
