This isn’t a fully built marketing engine – it’s an opportunity to create one. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable starting from a blank slate, building momentum quickly, and figuring out what drives results through action. That could mean launching LinkedIn outreach, reconnecting with existing contacts, or running simple email campaigns and then iterating based on what works. You won’t be handed a rigid playbook or large ad budgets. Instead, you’ll be expected to make smart bets, test quickly, and build on what works. This isn’t about random experimentation, it’s about applying judgement, learning fast, and improving continuously. This is a hands-on role for someone who prefers getting work live over perfecting plans, and who is motivated by solving real problems, not building slide decks. There is strong leadership support, but day to day, you’ll own the function, driving activity, learning from results and shaping how growth marketing is done here. We’re not looking for someone to “support marketing”, we’re looking for someone to build and drive it.
