They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive qualified pipeline growth. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads through paid channels, marketing campaigns, and ongoing funnel optimization. The manager will actively manage and improve Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, identify new opportunities to increase lead volume and quality, and collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into tangible opportunities. Success in this position will be measured by the growth of qualified inbound opportunities and improvements in the marketing-driven pipeline. It is a strong fit for individuals with hands-on experience in paid media and marketing analytics, rather than those focused solely on brand, social media, or content roles.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including budget ownership and performance accountability (Google Ads strongly preferred, LinkedIn a plus)
  • Comfortable working with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to improve results
  • Understand how marketing activity connects to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Comfortable working with marketing and sales data across systems like HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Curious about new tools and approaches, including AI-driven marketing optimization
  • Enjoy taking initiative and working collaboratively across teams

Nice To Haves

  • B2B experience preferred
  • Experience building or optimizing conversion funnels, such as automated checkout or subscription-style flows (a strong plus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns designed to increase qualified inbound opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency
  • Build and manage marketing automation workflows and campaign infrastructure inside HubSpot
  • Use data from HubSpot and Salesforce to understand pipeline performance and marketing attribution
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead handoff, feedback loops, and funnel performance
  • Explore ways to use AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and lead generation
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop landing pages, campaign assets, and supporting materials
