Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, and email marketing best practices
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer segmentation
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for ROI across paid, organic, and owned channels
- Manage and scale digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, and social media
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve funnel performance
- Identify new growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis
- Report on KPIs and present actionable insights to senior leadership
