About The Position

Spot AI is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale predictable enterprise pipeline. This role is unique, focusing on owning the entire system that brings ideal customers into the funnel and moves them to pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for determining the optimal combination of touchpoints, interactions, and channels (partners, events, outbound, digital) to convert accounts, and then making this process repeatable and scalable. The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate across marketing, sales, and partners to operate a growth engine that drives real pipeline. This is a hands-on role for a builder, operator, and systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and wants to own outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience owning pipeline or growth outcomes with specific examples of built and scaled systems.
  • Experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or enterprise marketing environments.
  • Understanding of long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and account-based or enterprise motions.
  • Systems thinking and ability to think in sequences, not isolated channels.
  • Analytical, curious, and opinionated.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building from first principles.
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution.
  • Willingness to work across teams and influence how things get done.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a startup or growth-stage company.
  • Experience with partner, ecosystem, or complex Go-To-Market (GTM) motions.
  • Experience using AI to drive real marketing outcomes (beyond content creation).

Responsibilities

  • Build the pipeline engine by analyzing customer acquisition across channels, identifying patterns, and defining a repeatable system.
  • Design programs to bring Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts into the funnel and convert them.
  • Own a meaningful portion of enterprise pipeline and revenue contribution, creating predictability across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Define and scale the levers that drive pipeline growth.
  • Orchestrate full-funnel growth by designing and running integrated programs across the partner ecosystem, events, field marketing, digital channels, and outbound/sales collaboration.
  • Ensure alignment across marketing, BDR, sales, and partners.
  • Partner deeply with Sales to target the right accounts, drive conversion, build feedback loops, and align on qualified pipeline definitions.
  • Run rapid experiments across channels, messaging, and motion, using data and sales feedback to iterate and optimize.
  • Build an AI-native growth approach, using AI to accelerate experimentation, targeting, and insight generation, and helping to shape an AI-native marketing stack.
  • Own pipeline outcomes and the system that creates pipeline, rather than just campaigns or executing within an established system.
