About The Position

Nourish is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager - Creative Strategy to own the creative strategy for paid social channels, primarily Meta and TikTok. This role involves bridging performance data with creative execution, uncovering human insights from numbers, and developing scalable concepts. The position reports to the Growth Creative Lead and collaborates with teams across Creative, Paid Media, Influencer, Design, and Analytics. The work directly supports Nourish's mission to improve health through nutrition. This is a full-time role, ideally suited for NYC-based candidates or those open to relocation, with an expectation of 3+ days in the Flatiron office per week, though remote candidates willing to travel to NYC occasionally will be considered. The role requires hands-on performance creative experience in a startup or agency setting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of direct experience as a growth marketing manager or creative strategist, ideally within a performance creative agency or in-house team.
  • Hands-on performance creative experience in a startup or agency environment.
  • Naturally social-first with strong creative instincts; ability to turn an insight into innovative, on-trend paid social concepts.
  • Excellent creative partner: works seamlessly with creatives, communicates learnings clearly, values feedback.
  • Intellectually curious and drawn to insight generation; strong at pattern recognition and spotting performance trends in creative data.
  • Data-driven problem solver: comfortable interpreting performance metrics and translating insights into creative action.
  • Familiarity with performance fundamentals and dashboards like Motion.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Scrappy, action-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and stakes are high.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative strategy engine for paid social channels, driving efficient growth across Meta and TikTok.
  • Set creative roadmaps, develop ad concepts, and iterate towards ad winners and lower CPA.
  • Use performance data to experiment with new hooks, formats, messaging, and cultural trends.
  • Lead quarterly and weekly creative testing by translating performance data into insight-driven briefs.
  • Guide internal teammates, agencies, and influencer partners to deliver impactful assets.
  • Collaborate with the creative team (Design, Video, Copy, Influencer) to brief, review, and scale concepts.
  • Act as a coach and light creative director to strengthen creative output.
  • Own weekly creative strategy reporting and partner with Paid Media to analyze results and suggest optimization opportunities.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, test priorities, and scale decisions.
  • Lead macro analyses to identify larger growth opportunities by looking across audience, messaging, and other key drivers.
