This role is focused on owning the regional growth strategy for North America, translating business objectives into channel mix, audience priorities, moments, and investment decisions that deliver measurable impact on MAU, revenue, and ROAS. You will manage a multi-million dollar paid media budget, optimize investments across channels, and navigate multiple measurement methodologies to make confident investment calls. You will lead performance across paid social and video channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), Display, Pinterest, and SEM, driving the creative strategy in partnership with the NAMER Creative Strategist. You will identify conversion gaps across the paid user journey, run disciplined A/B testing, and optimize landing experiences. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Data to shape campaigns, moments, and market strategy.
