This role is focused on owning and optimising paid marketing programs across search, social, and display to drive quality user acquisition across the North American market. You will design and run growth experiments across the funnel, from awareness through to conversion, using data to figure out what works and then scaling it fast. You will partner with Product, Creative, and Data teams to build campaigns that drive high-value SMB trials and Canva Business growth. You will analyse channel performance and translate insights into clear actions that improve efficiency and ROI, and contribute to the North America growth marketing roadmap with a clear point of view on where the biggest opportunities sit.
