About The Position

WelcomeLend is seeking an Growth Marketing Lead to join their remote-friendly Growth and Marketing team. In this role, you will own the full outbound email lifecycle: building and managing sending infrastructure, maintaining domain and deliverability health, sourcing and segmenting leads, writing and iterating on campaign copy, and driving consistent pipeline through tools like Instantly, Apollo, and others. This role requires deep technical fluency in cold email infrastructure alongside a strong command of outbound strategy, sequencing, and performance analytics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands on cold email or outbound lead generation experience
  • Proven track record managing campaigns with measurable reply rates and pipeline contribution
  • Fluency in email deliverability; warm-up protocols, DNS setup, blacklist monitoring, and spam trigger mitigation
  • Proficiency with tools like Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, or comparable outbound platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Existing playbooks or proven outbound frameworks that can be deployed immediately
  • Experience with Clay.com or AI-driven personalization at scale
  • Background in B2B SaaS or agency outbound environments
  • Strong copywriting skills, ability to write concise, personalized outreach that generates replies

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical foundation of our outbound program: domain setup, mailbox provisioning, DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up, and ongoing sender reputation monitoring to ensure consistent inbox placement at scale.
  • Lead full-cycle campaign management: building sequences, writing copy, segmenting audiences, running A/B tests, and iterating on messaging to maximize reply rates and qualified pipeline output.
  • Source, enrich, and maintain targeted lead lists using Apollo, Clay, or equivalent tools; apply rigorous data hygiene and ICP segmentation to ensure every send reaches the right audience.
  • Track and report on key metrics, open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, positive reply rate and translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable next steps.
