We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Growth Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to own our digital growth engine and help scale the brand to its next chapter.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or ecommerce — ideally at a DTC or CPG brand (beauty or personal care a strong plus).
  • Proven hands-on experience owning Meta and TikTok paid campaigns with meaningful budgets and clear performance accountability.
  • Deep working knowledge of Shopify, including site merchandising, product management, and CRO fundamentals.
  • Highly proficient in Klaviyo — you've built flows, run campaigns, and know how to use segmentation to drive results.
  • Strongly analytical — you're comfortable owning numbers, building reports, and making data-informed investment decisions.
  • Experience managing agency or contractor relationships with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, lean environment — you spot what needs doing and do it.
  • Strong project manager who can run multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google — managing budgets, pacing, and optimization with a clear eye on CAC and ROAS.
  • Lead creative testing strategy in partnership with the brand team, developing hypotheses, running experiments, and scaling what works.
  • Work closely with the brand team to launch and scale TikTok Shop as a new channel.
  • Identify and build the case for new paid channels to diversify acquisition and reduce platform dependency.
  • Manage agency or contractor relationships where relevant, setting clear KPIs and holding partners accountable to performance.
  • Own the DTC Shopify site experience — overseeing product merchandising, content accuracy, and site health to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization efforts, developing and prioritizing a testing roadmap across landing pages, PDPs, and checkout.
  • Analyze ecommerce performance data and translate insights into clear action plans to improve key metrics including conversion rate, AOV, and add-to-cart rate.
  • Support Everist’s email and SMS marketing program
  • Own retention and loyalty marketing initiatives including subscription programs, referral programs and win-back campaigns.
  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, clearly communicating results, trends, and recommendations to the team.
  • Bring a structured test-and-learn approach to the role — you design experiments, document learnings, and build institutional knowledge over time.
  • Lead SEO and Answer Engine Optimization best practices across the DTC site, overseeing content updates and on-page optimizations to improve organic visibility.
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging capabilities, bringing proactive recommendations to the team.
  • Stay current on ecommerce, performance marketing, and DTC trends, bringing new testing opportunities and platform updates to the team.
  • Actively monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate Everist's digital presence.
