Hatch is an AI agent lead management platform that helps services businesses turn every customer interaction into revenue growth. Our AI agents handle conversations over SMS, email, and voice—24/7—enabling businesses to scale 1:1 communication without scaling headcount. Recently acquired by Yelp, Hatch operates as a standalone product and is expanding our reach to help thousands more businesses unlock the revenue sitting in their lead pipeline. We've driven $5.1B in revenue for our customers—and we're just getting started. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Director to build and scale the demand generation engine that powers Hatch’s next phase of growth. This is a highly visible, high-impact role for someone who loves building, moves quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll own the strategy and execution behind pipeline generation, working across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, events, website optimization, SEO/GEO/AEO, and continuous experimentation to drive measurable business growth. You’ll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, launch ideas quickly, measure results, and continuously optimize performance. Requirements

10+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
5+ years of experience managing and developing a team of marketers, ideally across multiple growth disciplines.
Proven success driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through integrated demand generation programs.
Deep hands-on expertise managing paid acquisition across Google Search and LinkedIn. Experience with Meta is strongly preferred.
Experience leading initiatives across multiple growth disciplines, including lifecycle marketing, partnerships, events, website optimization/CRO, SEO, and organic growth.
A builder’s mindset—you enjoy creating new programs, improving systems, and solving ambiguous business challenges.
A strong bias for action. You move quickly, prioritize effectively, and consistently execute with urgency while maintaining a high quality bar.
Resourceful and scrappy. You’re comfortable operating in a lean environment and finding creative ways to deliver outsized business results.
Highly analytical, with a strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics including pipeline, CAC, payback period, funnel conversion, LTV:CAC, and marketing ROI.
Comfortable working directly with data using SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Passionate about experimentation. You regularly develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, learn quickly, and apply insights to improve performance.
Strong marketing instincts with excellent messaging, copywriting, and conversion optimization skills.
Excited about using AI to improve productivity, campaign performance, creative development, reporting, and decision-making.
Outstanding communication, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where everyone contributes beyond their core responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience marketing to home services, field services, vertical SaaS, or SMB software companies.
Experience building co-marketing, referral, affiliate, or channel partnership programs.
Experience launching or scaling account-based marketing (ABM) programs.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of marketers and agencies across paid acquisition, partnerships, SEO, web/CRO, email/lifecycle, and events; setting strategy, priorities, and quality bar for each function.
Own Hatch’s demand generation strategy and execution, driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth across the business.
Direct and execute the strategy for high-performing paid acquisition campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels, managing a Performance/Paid agency to execute.
Expand and optimize our broader growth engine across lifecycle email marketing, partnership marketing, webinars, trade shows, website conversion optimization (CRO), SEO, GEO, and AEO.
Continuously test new messaging, creative, landing pages, offers, audiences, and acquisition channels to improve performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
Optimize the website experience to increase visitor engagement, lead conversion, and pipeline generation.
Develop scalable co-marketing and channel partnership programs that generate qualified pipeline.
Own marketing performance measurement, forecasting, and budget allocation, using data to maximize efficiency and business impact.
Build dashboards, analyze performance, and develop actionable insights using SQL, spreadsheets, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other reporting tools.
Improve attribution, reporting, marketing operations, and campaign processes to build a scalable growth engine.
Partner closely with Brand and Creative Studio, Content Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and executive leadership to align marketing investments with company goals.
Provide clear goals, coaching, and performance feedback to direct reports; foster a culture of experimentation, ownership, and accountability across the team.
