About The Position

Dermalogica is seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our e-commerce team. This entry-level role sits within the paid media function and offers broad exposure to digital acquisition channels – from paid social to affiliate partnerships to paid search. As part of a centralized paid media team, this role works across multiple business units and collaborates closely with marketing and creative partners. Strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are key. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Paid Media and supports campaign planning, execution, and performance.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, paid media, or a related field – internship experience is welcome
  • Foundational understanding of paid social platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and on deadline
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn across channels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets experience is a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms or networks (e.g., Rakuten, Impact, or similar)
  • Exposure to paid search platforms (Google Ads or Microsoft Ads)
  • Experience with project management or trafficking tools
  • A background or coursework in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead the media buying and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, ensuring assets are set up accurately and on schedule
  • Own creative briefing and asset coordination for paid social campaigns – partnering with creative and brand teams to develop briefs, provide performance-informed feedback, and ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with paid media best practices
  • Serve as the main point of contact for campaign maintenance and monitoring, including pulling performance data, ensuring budgets are input correctly, and flagging any issues
  • Maintain organized records of campaign details, timelines, and creative specs
  • Help oversee the affiliate partnership relationship with the marketing team, with a focus on influencer and creator affiliates
  • Support day-to-day management of e-commerce publisher affiliate relationships, including traditional networks such as Rakuten
  • Assist with affiliate tracking, link management, reporting, and partner communication
  • Help identify opportunities to grow and optimize the affiliate program in collaboration with senior team members
  • Own billing processes, including PO creation, invoice processing, and accruals management
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, creative, and e-commerce to coordinate campaign needs and timelines
  • Provide general support for paid search initiatives on an as-needed basis, including trafficking assistance and reporting pulls
  • Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and project management tools to support the paid media team
  • Stay current on platform updates and digital marketing trends relevant to paid social and affiliate channels
