About The Position

Our core strength lies in delivering individualized services to our clients that simplify their communications, including customized printing, highly personalized marketing communications, campaign management, digital signage, and digital asset management. From omnichannel marketing campaigns to large-scale print and digital workflows, our goal is to make complex tasks surprisingly simple, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best. As a Growth Marketing Coordinator, you will support digital campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and contribute to pipeline growth. The role combines campaign execution, landing-page optimization, content development, and performance reporting across paid and owned channels. You will work across multiple initiatives and collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and product teams, gaining hands-on experience in SEO, paid media, automation, conversion optimization, and analytics. This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days onsite in our Toronto office every week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation
  • Knowledge of paid media, SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, or similar tools
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and CMS platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, or Framer
  • Ability to write clear copy and adapt campaign assets using Canva or Figma
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Support growth campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, web, and organic channels
  • Build and update landing pages, forms, emails, and campaign assets
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, audiences, creative, budgets, and approvals
  • Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to identify opportunities
  • Monitor traffic, conversion, lead quality, and pipeline performance
  • Support A/B testing of messaging, creative, landing pages, and calls to action
  • Collaborate with sales, product, content, and design teams on campaigns and lead follow-ups
  • Maintain dashboards and prepare recurring performance reports and insights
