The Growth Leader reports to the Vice President of Growth of an assigned geographic region and will serve as a direct contributor to the overall efficiency and optimization of our organization through development and deployment of all growth activities and projects. This role is responsible for managing team leaders and/or Client Advisors in the geographic region, driving growth, and implementing strategies for cross-selling. This position is also responsible for carrying the organization’s reputation and professional manner of conducting business into dealing with customers, carriers and colleagues. The business is comprised of Commercial Lines.
