The ideal candidate is an "A-player" who is driven, organized, adept with numbers and people, and comfortable engaging directly with customers. This position requires strategic thinking coupled with consistent execution. This role is not suitable for individuals solely focused on content creation without execution, those who avoid data and follow-up, or those unwilling to make customer calls.
