About The Position

UGLYCASH is seeking a Growth Engineer to lead the company's marketing and acquisition efforts. This role involves owning the entire go-to-market process, from initial customer awareness to active customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual capable of operating as an entire growth team, leveraging agents, automation, code, creativity, and sound judgment. Responsibilities include identifying customer insights, developing offers, building landing pages, creating campaigns, launching ads, setting up email journeys, instrumenting funnels, and analyzing performance. The role also involves building systems for scalable and efficient growth. This is a senior, hands-on position with leadership-level ownership, focusing on both strategy and execution. The goal is to build an acquisition engine that grows through improved systems and agents, working directly with the founder and collaborating with product, engineering, and creative teams. While not every task will be done alone, the individual will own the overall outcome.

  • Broad enough to own the entire funnel and sharp enough to prioritize effectively across paid ads, product marketing, email, content, creators, analytics, and technical execution.
  • Creative with real taste, understanding internet culture, attention, and shareability, capable of scaling production without losing authenticity.
  • Commercially disciplined, focusing on customer quality, retention, margins, and acquisition payback.
  • High-agency and accountable, able to identify needs, make decisions, execute, and adapt direction based on results.

  • Own the entire customer funnel, from discovery and landing pages to signup, first funding, first income payment, and repeat use.
  • Understand customer earning behaviors and translate this into effective product marketing, including positioning, messaging, landing pages, offers, and campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing aspects of product launches, from customer insight to distribution and adoption.
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, including developing creative angles, testing audiences and offers, managing budgets, and connecting spend to customer outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for content, user-generated content (UGC), creators, and influencers, focusing on repeatable processes for winning content.
  • Build segmented, behavior-based email journeys for onboarding, activation, product education, referrals, and reactivation.
  • Develop and maintain agent-powered growth systems for customer research, creative variations, creator discovery, outreach, campaign operations, reporting, and experiment analysis.
  • Ensure human judgment is applied where critical, with clear controls for spending, publishing, customer data, and financial claims.
  • Handle technical implementation, including shipping landing pages, API integrations, automation, scripting, data querying, and tracking setup.
  • Utilize AI to accelerate processes while understanding and debugging deployed systems.
  • Own and analyze key metrics such as acquisition cost, funnel conversion, activation rates, channel performance, and customer quality.
  • Build reporting systems to inform decision-making.
