Prime Video is seeking a Marketplace Growth Engagement and Monetization Manager to help drive our mission of becoming the premier destination for entertainment. In this role, you will support Free Ad Supported Television (FAST), a rapidly growing content segment within the streaming landscape. As a member of the team, you will develop and scale go to market (GTM) strategies that drive feature awareness, adoption, and retention. Additionally, you will support the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that shape how customers discover and engage with FAST on Prime Video. A successful candidate is an entertainment enthusiast with a strong record of collaborating across internal and external teams to deliver compelling strategies and feature roadmaps. The candidate is also an effective written and verbal communicator and analytical thinker who can combine their entertainment subject matter expertise with data to drive campaign improvements. An ideal candidate has experience managing complex, time-sensitive projects, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to balance multiple and competing priorities.
