About The Position

Resolve AI is seeking a Growth & Demand Generation Marketer to drive high-velocity, high-quality campaign execution and strategy. This role involves working across demand generation, growth, product marketing, marketing operations, events, and sales to translate strategic direction into compelling copy, assets, and channel-ready campaigns. The position offers the opportunity to genuinely influence the design of still-developing programs. The ideal candidate is a fast-paced, organized individual who naturally utilizes AI tools and can develop strong opinions on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly analytical, fast-paced environment.
  • AI-first mindset. You see AI as an amplifier of creativity, insight, and efficiency, and you're already using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • Strong analytical chops. You're comfortable in spreadsheets, can structure ambiguous problems, and build a clear point of view from messy data.
  • Hungry to learn the marketing craft. You're excited to go deep on modern martech, attribution, lifecycle, and demand gen, even if you haven't done it before.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of juggling multiple workstreams without dropping things.
  • Proactive by default: you surface problems early and come with a recommendation, not just a question.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can clearly articulate hypotheses, tradeoffs, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • A systems thinker who brings structure to ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior growth, demand gen, or lifecycle marketing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own a top of funnel and pipeline generation number by driving engagement to field events, webinars, paid advertising, web experimentation and more.
  • Expand Resolve AI reach within the engineering community, driving awareness and trust among technical audiences.
  • Design, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, programmatic, influencer, web optimization) to drive qualified growth while maintaining efficiency and scalability.
  • Grow the acquisition and activation funnel for our self serve product offering.
  • Build ABM and Direct Mail campaigns to open pipeline with our target accounts.
  • Own end-to-end execution of email marketing and lifecycle marketing.
  • Track and report on channel performance, establishing a strong feedback loop with insights and recommendations across Growth, Product Marketing, Events and the SDR team.
  • Act as a founding member of Resolve’s go-to-market team, helping build the growth engine, infrastructure, and team culture from 0→1.
