About The Position

Under the guidance of the Director, Growth, the Growth Coordinator plays a key supporting role in executing BrandActive’s growth initiatives across partnerships, marketing, and market intelligence. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is curious, organized, and eager to learn, with the opportunity to contribute to go-to-market activities, research emerging opportunities, and support digital marketing efforts. The Coordinator will help bring structure and consistency to growth operations, enabling the team to identify opportunities, engage partners, and execute campaigns that drive BrandActive’s continued success.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or co-ops included) in marketing, research, business operations, or a related area.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and summarize data clearly.
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft 365, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and research or analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn) and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, email marketing platforms) is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of agency partnership infrastructure by maintaining databases, organizing documentation, and tracking partner activity and engagement.
  • Assist in tracking potential partnership and M&A opportunities, ensuring information is up to date and accessible.
  • Prepare pipeline sharing reports for agency partners, summarizing priority opportunities that align with target customer profiles and partner skillsets, including top 10 accounts and other key deals.
  • Maintain and update the GTM calendar and initiative tracker to support visibility and alignment across growth and marketing activities.
  • Contribute to reporting by helping compile inputs for performance tracking and internal updates.
  • Conduct preliminary research on M&A activity, rebrands, and joint ventures aligned with BrandActive’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Gather and summarize key data points such as deal size, scope (sites, assets), and historical activity to support pipeline development.
  • Monitor and extract insights from tools such as 6sense, identifying trends in website activity and buyer intent.
  • Prepare concise research summaries to support decision-making by Growth, Marketing, and Client Solutions teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and scheduling of LinkedIn content, including drafting posts and supporting creative development using tools such as Canva and AI writing assistants.
  • Support the execution of paid LinkedIn campaigns in collaboration with external vendor.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as follower growth and lead generation aligned with ICP.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to interactions (e.g., tags, comments) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with web publishing tasks by working with our web publishing contractor to update, design, and post insights and case studies.
  • Support webinar execution by setting up events in ON24, enabling registration and automated email communications, preparing and testing the event console and materials, and ensuring ON24 is integrated with HubSpot for reporting.
  • Draft and update content for internal channels such as the growth team’s SharePoint homepage, including event recaps and team wins, for review by the Analyst, Growth Enablement.
  • Maintain shared sales enablement resources, including the logo repository and client testimonial tracker, to support proposal development and business development activities.
  • Assist in maintaining the library of one-page case studies for proposals by updating materials based on approved final web and narrative versions.
  • Own your growth by setting and updating development goals, actively seeking feedback, and aligning your aspirations with business goals.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that impact the client and/or team member experience such as our EDI Advisory Committee, Community Impact Committee, or our Social Committee.
  • Bring forward smarter, faster, better solutions to processes and identify opportunities to be more agile in day-to-day activities.
