About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Growth Operations & Data Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our growth and insights team. You will be responsible for the health of our data and growth ecosystem – from meticulous metadata management to ensuring our internal analytics tools are accurate and actionable. The ideal candidate finds satisfaction in a perfectly organized spreadsheet, enjoys the technical puzzle of data cleaning, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in our data workflows.

Requirements

Deeply comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning functions in Google Sheets or Excel.
Obsessive attention to detail at scale.
Solid grasp of the digital media and creator economy landscape (engagement metrics, CTRs, platform algorithms, etc.).
Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals.
Ability to understand internal data workflows and identify efficiencies.
Ability to translate technical data into clear, concise updates for non-technical teammates.
Versatility and resourcefulness to pivot and problem-solve.
Must be local to El Segundo or ready to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SQL and/or Python.

Responsibilities

Perform high-volume, meticulous data annotation to ensure our analytics workflows are fueled by high-quality inputs.
Support the technical side of our ad operations, assisting with the setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of digital ad campaigns.
Own the lifecycle of our content metadata. Compile, update, and manage the tags and descriptors in our internal CMS to ensure content is discoverable and measurable.
Act as the first line of defense in data analysis by cleaning, transforming, and formatting raw datasets into "analysis-ready" formats.
Act as a data concierge for other teams, providing descriptive statistics and ad-hoc reports to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
Keep a watchful eye on internal analytics tools to identify shifts in performance and alert the team to emerging trends.
